Terms and conditions
The Company refers to Longrun International Pty Ltd trading as Longrun Realty ABN 50 615 067 831
The Client refers to any person or organisation that subscribes to Longrun Realty website service, email service, and membership service.
The Vendor refers to the owner of a property that is sold by The Company.
The Developer refers to the owner of the land in case of a house and land project or the owner of a property in all other cases including but not limited to an apartment, unit, townhouse, and villa, etc.
The Builder refers to the organisation that constructs a house, townhouse, and apartment etc.
The Master Agent refers to the person or organisation that The Company has a sub-agency agreement, conjunction agency agreement, and or introducer agreement with when selling a property.
Confidential Information means any trade secret or other confidential information or knowledge relating to the business or financial affairs, accounts, marketing plans, prospects, research, management, financing, products, inventions, designs, processes, and any databases, data surveys, lists of members, clients or contacts or suppliers, records, software or other documents, material or other information in any form concerning the Company to which the Sales Partner gains access, whether before, during or after the term of this agreement.
The Client agrees that, by using Longrun Realty website service, email service, and membership service,
all Confidential Information is not downloaded, kept, and or disclosed to anyone or shared anywhere.
the referral fee is paid in 2 installments being 20% on contract exchange and 80% on property settlement.
any agreed referral fee is due and payable to The Client by The Company 14 days after the commission is received by The Company from the Vendor, The Master Agent, The Developer, or The Builder.
any agreed referral fee is paid and received via ABNs.
if a property sale that is referred by The Client does not proceed to settlement for any reason, the referral fee that is already paid to The Client must be paid back to The Company within 14 days of receiving a tax invoice from The Company.
